What to expect when you call
To help us resolve your query as quickly and effectively as possible, our support team will ask a few questions to understand how your system is performing. Where needed, they may also guide you through a series of simple checks to ensure your Stuart Turner pump is working as it should.
For the best experience, we recommend calling when you are at the property and near the pump, as this allows us to carry out any checks in one call and get your water flowing again quicker.
Before contacting us, please have your pump’s serial number to hand.
Your product serial number can be found on a ‘silver metallic label’, fixed the the back of the accompanying ‘Installation and Operation’ booklet or on the end of the original packaging carton.



The serial Number will usually take the form of a 10 digit code separated by a ‘dash’ e.g. ‘1910012-265’
This serial number tells us exactly when your product was manufactured and other information that is essential for us to assist you with any future technical or warranty claim support.
